What we Do Best

Services We Offer

Debt counseling

A legal process in South Africa for individuals struggling with overwhelming debt. It restructures your debt into a single, manageable monthly payment, which is negotiated with creditors by a registered debt counsellor. The process is governed by the National Credit Act (NCA) of 2005 and aims to help over-indebted consumers regain financial stability.

Debt Review Removal

It is unfair to remain locked under debt review when you are no longer overindebted and can afford to pay your creditors directly. You should not have to remain under debt review even when you no longer need to. Through a court-ordered process, we assist previously overindebted consumer in legally exiting debt reviews and becoming financially independent.
A consumer may want to exit the debt review process before it is completed or may have been wrongfully placed under debt review. In these cases, the consumer may apply for debt review removal, which involves a legal process to have their name removed from debt review.

ITC CLEARANCE

ITC clearance refers to the process of improving or “clearing” one’s credit record by removing negative information, such as judgments and defaults, from their credit report, often to improve their credit score and financial standing in South Africa.  This process typically involves resolving outstanding debts, disputing inaccuracies with credit bureaus. A clean credit record is crucial for accessing new credit, securing a mortgage, renting property, and even for employment opportunities.

4in1 MIE Credit checks

MIE performs credit checks as part of their background screening services to assess candidates financial history and integrity. These checks are conducted in a real-time electronic environment, drawing data from major South African credit bureaus like XDS, TransUnion, Experian, and Compuscan.

Assistance and Removal of Judgements / prescribed debt

Judgements are a legal method used by creditors to recover unpaid debt. According to the NCA a judgement can only remain on your credit profile for five years, paid or not. We assist clients to investigate the legality and accuracy of the judgement and ultimately have it removed if its has passed its due date.
Prescribed debt is debt that is older than three years old that has not been collected on or handed over. These can also be removed off ones credit profile.
